RefectoCil Intense Activator Gel

The Activator Gel contains Silver Nitrate that tints brows and lashes from deep within. As the second step in the RefectoCil tinting system, it allows brows and lashes to develop their deepest color. The hair may appear very dark during processing, but this intermediate stage is not the final tinting result—the true depth emerges after completion of the full application process.

*Activator Gel contains silver, silver nitrate and/or silver salts. Avoid contact with broken or damaged skin. Silver nitrate may permanently stain skin with which it comes into contact.
